A wonderful hotel, I recommend for any one want a great and romantic hotel. I love it and they upgrade our suite to the biggest one. and the service is great and the room service is fantastic the women in the night shift is so sweet and helpful I wish to know her name to thank her. For sure when I visit Rome again I will stay in it.

The service at this hotel is top-notch. The reception staff is welcoming, the concierge service is exceptional, and the restaurant staff is attentive. We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Rome for five days, and I can't express enough how incredible our experience was, all thanks to the outstanding hotel staff. From the very moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warmth and impeccable service. The front desk team, including Carla, Ilaria, and Valeria, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need. They not only efficiently checked us in but also took it upon themselves to make dinner reservations for us at some of the most amazing restaurants in the city. Their local knowledge and genuine desire to enhance our stay added an extra layer of delight to our trip. We were traveling with our toddler and had booked two connecting rooms. The hotel staff ensured that our rooms were not only comfortable but also safe for our daughter. They provided us with essential amenities and childproofed the environment, putting our minds at ease. The doormen at this hotel deserve a special mention as well. They were always there to assist us with our stroller, helping us navigate the bustling streets of Rome with ease. Their friendly smiles and warm greetings each time we entered the hotel made us feel like valued guests. As for the accommodations themselves, the rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The hotel is a short walk to many tourist sites yet it is nestled away from the bustling streets of Rome's city center. But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff. Their attention to detail, willingness to go the extra mile, and genuine hospitality made our stay immensely pleasant and memorable.
